Returning Parents and Students in Grades 10, 11 and 12: Make sure to complete and update FinalForms for the 2022-2023 school year! To see if you have forms left to fill out, please go to https://holynameparmaheights-oh.finalforms.com/.

Students who are missing any information in FinalForms - including any parent or student signatures - will not be able to get their class schedules until all FinalForms information is up-to-date.

Class schedules will be available for pickup beginning Monday, August 15 from 9 AM to 2:30 PM in the Holy Name Main Office.
