The Ferrante Library Media Center (LMC), named in honor of the late Mr. Tony Ferrante '49 and his family, supports student learning and exploration by offering a rich variety of both print and digital resources. This space allows students to work on collaborative projects, assist each other with subject tutoring, research information and ideas, and enjoy an environment conducive to individual study.
Desktop computers, laptops, Chromebooks, and iPads are available for student use. The library media specialist is available to assist students and teachers with their research needs and projects.
The LMC Classroom is used for research instruction, individual classes, and club meetings. This classroom has an Active Panel which can be used for a variety of functions, such as distance learning, teacher instruction or group presentations.
Within the Ferrante Library Media Center is the TV/Film Media Studio. This space, which boasts HD and 3D cameras, green screen capabilities, and some of best editing and broadcasting equipment available, is home to the media production class that prepares and broadcasts the morning announcements. The production area is also used by various clubs and groups wishing to prepare video programs.
