Homecoming Dance

Student Government is excited to announce that the 2022 Homecoming Dance – a Masquerade Ball – will take place on Sunday, October 2 from 6 PM to 9 PM in the Holy Name Main Gymnasium!

Tickets are on sale as of today, Wednesday, September 7 and will remain open for sale through Friday, September 16 at 3 PM.

Each ticket costs $25. If a student would like to buy a ticket and a commemorative Homecoming t-shirt, the total cost is $35.

Along with buying a ticket, every student attending the Homecoming Dance must complete and turn in a Dance Contract signed by a parent/guardian. This is due back to the Holy Name Main Office by Friday, September 23 at 3 PM. A copy of this contract can be found here: 2022 HNHS Homecoming Dance Contract

We look forward to celebrating the 2022 Homecoming Dance! A copy of the dance rules can be found here: 2022 HNHS Dance Rules. A few notes to keep in mind ahead of the dance:

Doors open at 6 PM; no one will be admitted after 6:45 PM. All students are required to remain at the dance until 8:30 PM.

Students will check in at the front of the school building in the Main Foyer. There will be a coat/shoe room available for student use.

Students may have dates from other schools. However, no dates over the age of 20 are permitted.

The dress code is semi-formal! This includes khaki pants or dress pants, and a button-down, collared shirt plus a tie for gentlemen. Ladies may wear semi-formal dresses or attire and appropriate footwear. Ladies, you must bring a change of shoes to the dance that are comfortable. No one is allowed to be barefoot in or outside the building. 

Holy Name students have no classes on Monday, October 3!
