There will be two days where Class of 2023 students can come in to have their official Senior Yearbook Photo taken by Prestige. These dates will be Monday, August 15 from 9 AM to 2:30 PM; and Tuesday, August 16 from 8 AM to 1:30 PM. All photos will be taken in the HN Room, located on the school’s first floor and down the hall from the Innovation Lab (near Miss McCall’s office).
To sign-up for a time slot on one of these days, please visit https://www.signupgenius.com/
A few important things to note:
Although we encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity, you are not required to join us on one of these two days. However, if you do not come on August 15 or 16, and still wish to have your photo in the 2022-2023 yearbook, you will have to go to Prestige Portraits in Westlake to get the photo taken. August 15 and 16 are the only two days a Prestige photographer will come to campus for senior yearbook photos.
If you prefer to go to the Prestige studio to take your yearbook photo, please call (440) 892-4615 to set-up a free yearbook portrait session (based on what happened last year, we recommend calling sooner rather than later, as it may take them a few days to call you back). The photo must be taken before classes resume after Thanksgiving Break on Monday, November 28. Portraits taken by anyone else other than Prestige will not be included in the yearbook.
There is no cost to get this yearbook photo taken, and the picture will automatically be placed in the yearbook. If your family does wish to purchase this particular photograph, please have your student speak with the photographer on August 15 or 16 for those details. Otherwise, you are free to take senior photos with any photographer you would like; this one is solely for the yearbook.
We do have a specific dress code that we require senior students to follow for the yearbook photos. Young ladies should wear an appropriate dress, or an appropriate blouse/sweater with dress pants/a skirt. Young men should wear a shirt and tie. It is recommended that young men wear a suit jacket.
Other ‘normal’ Holy Name dress code rules apply. In other words – no nose piercings are permitted, and no earrings are allowed for young men. Additionally, young men must be clean shaven.
Holy Name administrators will be around on August 15 and August 16 to make sure all students look their best and are following the aforementioned dress code.
