All Saints Day & All Souls Day Celebrated

Fr. Andy Turner celebrated All Saints Day Mass at Holy Name yesterday, encouraging everyone to support and love one another as we work to live like saints. He reminded us that we are each in the communion of saints - all called to be faith-filled followers of Christ - and we can always look to the Saints of the Church for guidance and strength.

Today, we remember All Souls Day. Nearly 300 Namers submitted the names of thousands of deceased loved ones to be remembered in our Chapel prayers this month. The names of the departed are now shared at the foot of the Chapel Altar, as we mourn them while also honoring and remembering their legacies.
