The below timeline shows the timeline for the 2025-2026 School Year Admissions Decisions:

Tuesday, September 10 - Namer for a Day Shadowing Program Begins
Saturday, October 5 - Seeley HSPT Prep Class @ HN - Register under the Placement Exam tab
Sunday, October 13 - Open House
Saturday, October 19 - Placement Exam #1
Wednesday, November 6 - Placement Exam #2
Saturday, November 16 - Placement Exam #3
Month of December - Music Scholarship Auditions
Sunday, December 1 - FACTS Management Financial Aid Application Due
Sunday, December 1 - Class of 2029 Winter Scholarships Due
Saturday, December 7 - Placement Exam #4
The Week Prior to Christmas - Financial Aid Award Letter Mailed
Wednesday, December 18th - HSPT Scholarship Reception 

Thursday, January 2, 2025 - Diocesan grade schools open high school applications to students electronically. Students at public or other private schools should request an application directly from Holy Name.
Friday, January 10, 2025 - Incoming Freshmen Diocesan Applications Submitted
Monday, January 20, 2025 - Incoming Freshmen Non-Diocesan (Public, Non-Catholic) Application Deadline
Wednesday,  February 5, 2025 - Decision Letters Mailed
Thursday, February 6, 2025 - Electronic Email Out to Accepted Students

Transfer Students: Consideration will begin in April 2025, with initial decisions made in May 2025. The deadline to apply for transfer admissions is June 30, 2025.
